Hemedex is seeking to contract with successful independent sales representatives and sales representative organizations in select locations within the USA. All sales representatives must actively manage their own business. Sales representatives may sell other products or represent other companies; however, they may not promote products that compete with Hemedex. Sales representatives have the opportunity to earn a commission based on new business they generate in accordance with a signed agreement.
Hemedex seeks to work with experienced representatives who are: well-connected with decision makers in neurosurgery and neurocritical care, established with a history of successful device sales in the OR and ICU, knowledgeable of the medical and clinical aspects neurosurgery and neurocritical care; including, management of brain-injured patients, knowledgeable of neurosurgery and neurocritical care protocols and able to quickly learn and communicate detailed knowledge of Hemedex’s product line and key clinical manuscripts.
The individual must possess excellent teaching, organizational, and marketing skills, and be competent in negotiating the hospital purchasing process. Additionally, the successful sales representative must be willing to: travel, perform evening training for night-shift nursing staff, and be flexible and available to take customer calls.
In summary, the person must be an outstanding sales person who is self-motivated, bright, eager to learn, and able to educate others while providing excellent service.
